If you ever want to meet the definition of “out there”, our chameleon-haired Talent Management guru has never sat comfortably in any box or square hole.

Clover is what organized chaos needs – a conductor. And if you’ve ever had to hire you know that organized chaos is a nice way of putting it.

From managing candidate pipelines, creating fantastic job advertisements and orchestrating impressive candidate concierge on behalf of our clients she spends much of her time on creating easier processes and forms of communication to attract talent.
